Grenada

Grenada has an open economy with an economic structure that is diversified based on the public sector, transportation, manufacturing, communication, tourism, and agriculture sectors. It has a main island, also called Grenada, and smaller surrounding islands. Dubbed the “Spice Isle,” the hilly main island is home to numerous nutmeg plantations. It’s also the site of the capital, St. George’s, whose colorful homes, Georgian buildings, and early-18th-century Fort George overlook narrow Carenage Harbour. To the south is Grand Anse Beach, with resorts and bars. With a population of around 110,000, the ‘Spice Isle’ is one of the most breathtaking islands in the West Indies. Grenada’s impressive scenery includes mountain waterfalls and golden beaches surrounded by tropical rainforests. This lush island will appeal to even the most discerning world traveler.

The mix of unspoiled, authentic Caribbean of yesteryear coupled with a friendly and modern lifestyle makes Grenada the perfect place to live and to play.
